Born in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Daksh Pratap Singh began his journey in a very different field, holding a Diploma in Nautical Science and serving as a Deck Cadet. However, his true passion was discovered in the world of event planning, where he found creativity, leadership, and purpose.
Since the winter of 2013, Daksh has been dedicated to curating memorable experiences and managing large-scale events. Over the years, he has gained invaluable expertise while working with some of the most renowned names in the industry:

Vineet Jain Creations – Corporate Head & later promoted to Production Manager
Collaborated on prestigious projects with Wizcraft, FB Celebrations, Sajawat Weddings and more as a Production Manager.
In 2019, Daksh turned his vision into reality by founding Event Smiths, a company that reflects his innovative approach, commitment to excellence, and ability to craft extraordinary experiences. With a decade of industry experience, he continues to lead with creativity, precision, and passion.
Rajkumar Dotaniya
CEO & Director – Event Smiths
Rajkumar Dotaniya brings a strong academic foundation and a dynamic approach to the event industry. After completing his BBA from Jaipur National University (2016–2019) and pursuing PGDAME from NAEMD (2019–2021), he set his sights on combining business acumen with creativity to excel in the world of events.
With over 8 years of hands-on experience, Rajkumar has honed his expertise across diverse roles in marketing, operations, and event management. His journey includes working with Vineet Jain Creations as an Assistant Marketing Manager, where he built valuable industry insights and strengthened his leadership in brand strategy and client relations.
Today, as Co-Founder & Director of Event Smiths, Rajkumar plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision and growth. His ability to blend strategic planning with creative innovation ensures that every project is executed with precision, impact, and a focus on unforgettable experiences.
